I thought we might get to know each other a little better if you wanted to by letting people know what you do for a living? You don't have to if you don't want to of course!
I will start: I am an Information Technologist for a human/animal medical laboratory in Akron, Ohio. Among other things, I go set up/repair computer systems in nursing homes so that nurses can order lab work and pull up results on the residents that live there. Consequently I travel around a lot and cart a bunch of computer equipment with me!

I don't usually tell people what I do because most don't understand and have a ton of questions. I will say, but please don't ask much as I cannot tell you! I am a Animal Technician for a local research company in my area. I'm in the socialzation department. All I can say is I socialize the animals!

I am in the Quality Assurance field. Most folks do not understand my job either as it deals with ammunition and explosives for the Department of Defense. Both my hubby and I work in this field, in fact his desk is spitting distance from mine, car pooling is good! We are mobile so we get moved around every 5 years or so. We are not in the military, just work for them.

Wow - some pretty cool jobs people! The mom one is probably the hardest though if you ask me. That job never stops. Mine does most of the time anyway, when I go home for the day!

Well, I can't pass this one up...for an odd history!
I was a professional pianist for about 15 years. I have a Masters Degree in Piano Performance and in Harpsichord Performance. I worked for the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago and the Lyric Opera as a rehearsal pianist, and moonlighted on weekends playing for wedding receptions. The schedule, however, was highly unpredictable, so after getting married and having children, it became a nightmare finding a babysitter to cover all the short notice rehearsals. At that point I started teaching piano, and started making dog equipment. The dog equipment side grew....and grew....so for years now my living has been Monster Dog Equipment. My husband is an electrician (and our club decoy, I might add). We haven't made the kids get jobs yet (haha).

I am a computer systems Engineer for a large corporation. I specialize in Mobility solutions. Which means I work on projects to help make getting online in places other than the office in a secure and easy manner. Gotta watch out for those corporate spies. I also am the last line of help when the help desk can't figure out the problem.

I am "retired", so now, I live for a living. But I used to be an Electronics Engineering Technician, basically drawing pretty pictures of components and mother board circuitry on the computer. Now, I'm a dog mom. I like this job better!

I write romance novels. LOL Just kidding. I write for an audio publication. I took this picture looking out the window next to my computer. Trigger stares in the window watching me hoping I'll feel guilty and play with him.
