Show results:
AKC: puppy Best of Breed, puppy Group 3, 2x winner of Amateur owner/handler class
UKC: Champion, undefeated in breed stud dog class, Best Stud in Show winner
SV: On October 6, 2007 Digger went VP2 (Regional Junior Puppy Vice Sieger) in the 6-9 months males class at the Mid Eastern Regional Conformation Show under SV judge Wilhelm Nordsieck. Comments from the judge: One of two dogs dominant in the class. Anatomically more correct than VP1 puppy. Will place higher with more ring training. Very good type. Very nice pigment. Very strong head. Very nice gait when he wants to. A dog to be well used in the future., VP17 NASS '07, SG8 (regionals), Digger was shown again at NASS 2008 in the 18-24 month male class. He was ranked SG13 by SV Judge Leonhard Schweikert. The critique was: Large male, very good expression. High withers, firm back. Long sloping croup. Good angulations. Good chest proportions. Correct front, correct coming, shows good movement.

Your boy was in the midst of one of, if not the highest quality class in the show. The 18-24 Males were very deep in quality and your placement reflects it.Your boy is great and you are correct your handler did an outstanding job! Digger has already sired two VP rated puppies at Sieger shows, a Regional Siegerin in the 9-12 class, a Regional vice-siegerin in the 18-24 class, multiple Best Puppy in Show winners (including one at a GSD specialty), multiple class winners and multiple UKC champions.
Working Results:
Digger earned his AKC CD title before the age of 2 years old. He finished it will all first place finishes. He was also High Novice in Trial in 2 legs.
Digger achieved his BH under SV judge Helmet Rueppel with "very good" or "excellent" in all exercises. In addition to being the only showline dog trialed that day, he had the best scores in each section.
Digger earned his UKC CD with all first place finishes, 2 Total Dog awards and was .5 points behind the High in Trial dog on his third leg.
Digger acheived his SchH1 and AD under SV/USA judge Johannes Grewe. He was rated "pronounced" in the courage test received the trophies for High Obedience, High Protection, High SchH1 and High in Trial. He was, once again, the only showline trialing for a SchH title. His daughter Discoe achieved her BH and AD at the same show and was herself, the only showline entered in the BH that day.
USA helper Scott Cole has called Digger lightning fast, agile and the type of dog everyone should want for Schutzhund. He has a definite on and off switch that allows him to be a threat on the field and an awesome dog off of it.
Health testing:
Digger has had his eyes CERF'd and has OFA Good hips and Normal elbows. His thyroid was tested normal through ANTECH labs.
Temperament Tests:
Digger achieved his CGC at 7 months old with free heeling!
Digger achieved his TD! when he was 2 years old. The evaluator called him an asset to the German Shepherd Breed.
